Glow and grow is a organisation with the aim to empower young people, create a positive sense of school community, praise talents and most importantly encourage children to grow and develop. Academic and sport ability is widely recognised in schools, yet the performing arts can often get over looked. This is why this this company is necessary. We all shine and it would be great to grow and glow together.

Glow and Grow is founded by Simone Dominique ; a qualified teacher and music lead, who also has a passion for the performing arts. You may recognise her from many shows such as Britain's Got Talent when she performed the song 'Roar' with the Golden Buzzer Act Revelation Avenue and was also a part of BBC1'S Last choir standing, in which they came 3rd.
As well as teaching and performing, she has created several choirs, created bands and left a performing arts legacy in many schools across London.
The Vision
Glow and Grow is a company dedicated to helping children develop and flourish through the transformative power of music, dance, and drama. It recognises that while academic success is important, some children may have different strengths and need alternative avenues for growth and self-expression.
